If you can hear using DAI cable or Quattro 4 neckloop with your new CI alone, but can not hear using Roger Pen and Roger 21 receiver....I suspect something may be amiss. The Roger signal should come in loud and clear. Possible troubleshooting..... Try it on your first CI side. It should come through loud and clear. If not, something is wrong.
