These problems have been going on for a LONG time. People are not getting notified when tagged People are not getting notified when following a topic People are getting signed out or timed out It is difficult to post as it appears not to actually post and so on. Med-El is doing itself a disservice by taking so long to fully resolve these issues. I don't expect this from a first world country especially when I live in a third world country. Please let us know what is being done @MED-EL Moderatorand what's the projected timeline for fixing these problems. This forum used to be so awesome. We do have good news though: We will be carrying out a major upgrade of the HearPeers Forum by the end of of August that should fix these issues, and make it easier to maintain HearPeers and limit spam in the future. We are finalising the date for this upgrade with our developer, but we will let you know as soon as we have it confirmed. Thanks to all of you for your patience. We know it has been frustrating and we are looking forward to getting these issues resolved so that everyone can continue to enjoy HearPeers.
