MiekeJ
Hi all, Justed wanted to share that I made a tutorial on the headbands we use for our daughter (2,5 years) to keep the CI's in place. It's in dutch, and she is a Cochlear nucleus 5 user, but the basic idea is the same, regardless of the brand involved. Should there be more interest, I could translate the tutorial in Englisch. Just let me know! The link: http://siskobymieke.blogspot.be/2013/11/haarbandjes-en-een-tutorial-voor-een.html I wish you all the best! MiekeJ
Hei Ivana, I'll add the translation to English to my to-do-list (probably something for early 2014) and keep you all posted here! Indeed, we all face the same challenges, no matter what colour the CI's are from Mieke

jpl2ci
Mieke, Welcome to HearPeers. I read the Google translation and it looks to be very comprehensive and straight forward for the OPUS2BTE people. thanks to both of you. MiekeJ
I'm not sure if this still qualifies as early 2014 but I finally got around to the english translation, or actually a native speking friend takes most of the credits. This is the link to the blogpost! http://siskobymieke.blogspot.be/2014/02/tutorial-for-hairbands-for-ci-users.html As I also state in the blogpost, I'm working on a pattern piece especially suited for Medel Opus 2XS users. Medel differs to Cochlear in the placement of the microphones, so this makes it a (tiny) bit different. If you are a bit creative yourself, don't hesitate to go ahead already! For any questions, please contact me at the blog! All the best, Mieke
