New to Forum, Apple user - how do I use the Matrix Sentence exercise if Adobe Flash is not support d by IOS?

My audiologist needs me to practice with the Matrix Sentence exercise, which require Adobe Flash, but I am an Apple user, and Adobe Flash drive is not supported by iOS - what is the solution please?

I’m using Hear Coach app in iPad. I’m not sure but it might be Matrix Sentence. I tried finding what’s Matrix Sentence is and got bunch of useless Google guessed answers.
