My daughter’s med el sonnet is not working when it is on her head but the tester device is flashing as though it is working. She is nine and says there is nothing on that side. We’ve already changed out coil, batteries and wire. Would you have any ideas? She can hardly hear a thing with the other side and the clinic can’t see her for four days. I’m pretty sure it failed a few days ago, I knew something wasn’t right. We’re in Belfast. I’m panicked, all I can think of is an internal failure.
