Can anyone share their thoughts on which cell phones have the best sound quality with MedEl CI's? I don't want to spend an arm & a leg... DanishGirl Posted June 22, 2014 Report Share Posted June 22, 2014 I really think it is difficult topic and in lots of ways, it is a very subjective thing, which cell phone is the best. First, I'm in Europe, so the models here are not exactly the same as yours, but the sound quality I guess shouldn't be so far apart. I don't choose my own cell phone, as it is a work supplied one, but over the years I've had several. All of them are ok, but your best bet would be to ask your friends to try out theirs. That way you get to try several different phones. My last three have been iPhone 4S, Blackberry and Nokia Lumia. The last two had superior sound compared to the iPhone, but I also have a new iPod touch, which is okay, so maybe an iPhone 5 is better.
