We can connect a BT mic to our phone and use a speech to text app

Android: LiveTranscribe

iPhone: Otter.ai (first 10 hours every month are free, no subscription needed)

My favorite BT mic to use for speech to text is SmartMic+. Tiny little mic. Works great.
