HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted June 22, 2020 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted June 22, 2020 I had to have one battery pack replaced for my Rondo processor under warranty because it was not fitting correctly. Med-El US was super fast in sending out a replacement as always. So happy with customer service and so thankful for such an awesome CSR, Joel! There were 2 differences with the new battery pack. 1) The secure line and hair clip were already attached. That is a great help as attaching it can be tricky. 2) Now there is a tan colored marking to let people know they have not locked the battery pack on the processor.
