Noise without audio processor?

Hello!

I just had the medel bone bridge placed on the left today for conductive hearing loss. I do not get the audio processor until 12/18. I had an hour and a half drive home from the hospital and during the drive I started to hear popping/galloping/clicking sounds being made via the implant. My left ear is packed with gauze and a dressing, and the sound wasn’t coming from the right. Nobody else in the car could hear it. So was the device maybe moving a bit or was I hearing fluid or crepitus? Has anyone else had this happen? When I got home I laid on my right side and it stopped making noise but I didn’t realize it could make noise with no processor hooked up.
