AudioLink + Android phone + Dynamic Media BT Router app (via Google Play)

Hello everyone, I am assisting a MED-EL recipent who had really good results with her Android (Samsung) and the AudioLink using the Dynamic Media BT Router app until she had to reboot her phone.  Now she can't figure out how to get it set up again.  Is anyone set up this way with the AudioLink?  Thank you!

I am an iPhone user but I checked out this app.  If I am looking at the correct app, it has not been updated since 2018.  Newer operating system software on android phones may present a problem. It is mentioned in the reviews from a Samsung user.
