simekj Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Hi Madeline I am bilateral implanted but I got them done at the same time so may not be able to answer your questions. I am very glad that I got both done because as a teacher I need two to do my job effectively. It is important to realise that you need to treat each ear differently (ie they may 'respond' differently). My left ear has always been better than my right ear. However, my right ear is catching up.
