AudioStream Connect Issues

Love the new
AudioStream...no more streamers around the neck  (except for Roger Technology).....works great, excellent sound quality.....but....cannot keep it connected. Right now,( using IOS -Apple 12promax) have to re-connect to
Blue Tooth each time I want to use it...a real problem for incoming calls. Anybody else having trouble keeping the AudioStream connected to BlueTooth?

Thanks...especially if you have a fix   🙂

@Earshot

I love AudioStream too!

In the US, Med-El in house audiology is helping those with AudioStream connectivity issues.  I’ll send you a HP mail message- look at the top menu for the envelope icon.

If you have a single AudioStream, people are reporting success by having their phone forget the AudioStream and then going through accessibility- hearing devices to pair instead of through AudioKey 2.  This does not work for bilateral AudioStream.

MaryBeth,  as usual....you nailed it. Thanks so much !  By connecting through Accessibility instead of Blue Tooth, AudioStream STAYS connected. only time now that I have to re-connect is when switching devices..Great Help 🙏🏼

@Earshot

That is terrific!  I am glad that worked. It was a suggestion shared by Med-El for single AudioStream use.  Unfortunately it does not work for bilateral AudioStream use.

Hi,

I met with a Med-El rep this afternoon who helped me to pair my audiostream. I had to change the rechargeable battery holder to one with the WiFi signal marking. I also had to connect via Bluetooth. Hopefully, it is up and will remain operative!
