Just sharing in case this helps anyone.

For people who are using only one AudioStream, many people are reporting easy connectivity and great success by avoiding the AudioStream configuration process in the AudioKey 2 app.

For single AudioStream users with iPhones…
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing devices
Push on AudioStream cover and set the Sonnet/Sonnet 2 very close or on top of the iPhone

It pairs.

Tip:  Important to not push on the AudioStream cover too soon as it stays in pairing mode for a short time.

I hope this solves any connectivity issues single AudioStream users are having with iPhones.

Med-El in house audiology is helping AudioStream users in the US directly who are experiencing connectivity issues.

This pairing process does not work for bilateral AudioStream users because both AudioStreams show up as left ear devices this way.  Bilateral AudioStream users need to use the AudioKey2 app to configure the AudioStream for bilateral use.

Ugh! My audiostream has stopped streaming! It is paired, connected to Bluetooth and I even disconnected the HA in my other ear. I’ll try calling tech support tomorrow__so frustrating.

@Viola DeVinney

That is so frustrating.

Were you ever able to have your iPhone stream to your HA and AudioStream at the same time?

No…one or the other, but now the AS has stopped streaming. I will try to call a tech tomorrow.
