Toni Moize
I had my surgery on March 31st. The cochlear is not sticking to my head. I have to wear my hair a certain way. The doctor suggested injecting my head with steroids. He says my skull is to thick. Has anybody else had this problem? What did you do? HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted June 19, 2021 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted June 19, 2021 @Toni Moize I am sorry this is happening to you. Have you discussed a different magnet strength with your audiologist?
Toni Moize
Yes. She gave me a bigger size. That was the first thing we tried. Then we did the injections. When I took my hair down last night, the cochlear stayed put for about 5-8 minutes. So, maybe in time, it will work. Mary Beth
