Jodi Posted March 11, 2022 Report Share Posted March 11, 2022 Should you be able to adjust settings for volume and sensitivity directly on your AudioLink? I have been trying with no luck when we are using the mic in a restaurant etc. Also when watching tv John cannot hear anything other than tv no matter how we try to adjust. What am I doing wrong. I think I was told that The AudioLink setting overrides the processor? Can anyone guide me, please? Another thought could the AudioLink be defective?. Any advice would be appreciated. Dianna Posted March 11, 2022 Report Share Posted March 11, 2022 Hmmm, i found same issue with audlink plugged to tv with cable...i use my tv volume and its very low but the implant side hears basically only tv. When i was first activated i used audlink as speaker in the room and i think the volume buttons worked (on audlink). I have been using the software audio key 2 for switching programs and volume.
