I thought it would let you put the picture on and then crop it so it would fit? But it wont let me do that either? So I guess if it wont let me use a personal picture, what else can you do? You need a picture editor to do that, I guess you have Windows OS? There you should have an editor where you can lower picture quality because, in general, a photo for internet does not need so many data. Only for printing. When you scan your photo - you can choose (somewhere in settings) for what purpose do you need it so programme already disregard useless data.
