It should give you the maximum size to fit when to try to download it. You need to use a hosting site like Photobucket or Smugmug. Some are free and some charge. You copy the "address" of your picture and paste it here. Most forums don't have enough capacity to store lots of pictures so the hosting site allows a live link to your picture.
