I actually had a situation last week where I didn't hear what someone was asking and she said "Oh, never mind", so I explained why I didn't hear her and asked that she repeat what she said. I now enjoy being part of the conversation, instead of avoiding them. Another WOW moment yesterday. While sitting in my living room I heard a clunk, clunk noise that was annoying.
