Aishwarya Baskar Posted April 7, 2023 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2023 We dint do anything to fix it. The device was working. The root cause could be pressure applied on the buttons during impact(when it falls). It released eventually. However, we had some other issue later on and sent it for replacement.
