karenRS
I've just received the replacement processor for my left ear and unable to pair it with the audiokey 2 app. The right one is still connect but I am just connecting the left one. I have deleted the old left one but it keeps saying "failed to read. Usually I have no problem. Do I have to delete both processors from audiokey and add both again? Any ideas? John Schulz
Is this on an iPhone or Android phone? Quote Link to comment https://forum.hearpeers.com/topic/19707-pairing-processor-with-audiokey-2-app/#findComment-75245 Share on other sites
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted December 27, 2023 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted December 27, 2023 @karenRS I would have audiokey2 and phone forget the devices and start a bilateral configuration in audiokey2 again now that you have a new processor. karenRS
Thanks!I I gave up and tried later in the evening but this time it paired. I have no idea why it was so difficult as I had no problem before.
