karenRS Posted March 7 Report Share Posted March 7 This is just an FYI on the Artone 3 Max streamer. I ordered second one but it’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t got it yet. The other one came much quicker. I checked payment details and it looks like it went to a division in Czechoslovakia. No wonder it’s taking ages. One is it comes with a Med-El US easy to use warranty and any issues are directed to Med-El US which has great customer service.
