It allows the person doing the quoting to change and to add to the original member’s post and then it displays it as if the original member said it. Until they figure out how to fix this issue, I suggest we do not use the quote feature at all. To make your post clear that you are responding to a member’s post, you can tag them instead. To tag a member just type @ and then their member name. A window pops up. Select their name. You will know you tagged correctly if their name is highlighted in your post. I have contacted @MED-EL Moderator about this quoting issue and they are aware of the problem. There does not seem to be an easy fix. So in the meantime, please tag me instead of quoting me.
