I have a micro USB charger version but it is not working correctly any longer. I’m not sure what happened to it. Great battery life but very fickle BT connections. The new Artone arrived today and after charging it up, I gave it a test run. It also has a micro USB charger. But it is different from my other USB charger versions because it does not make any sounds when powering on, connecting or powering off. It works great and I can move between rooms and floors and keep hearing. Do your Artone neckloops make sounds when powering on, connecting or powering off or are they quiet like this one? Honestly it's a bit like an upward in tone screech, a downward in tone screech, and I forget honestly what the connection tone sounds like.
