karenRS Posted September 11, 2021 Report Share Posted September 11, 2021 I've just discovered what happens when you have to open and close the audiostream from the processor several times a day to get it working. I discovered a crack in the plastic side near the top end that fits into the processor. I've just received the replacement today to discover a crack in the same place in my second audiostream (I'm a bilateral user).
