Are you looking forward to the Sound Sensation Music festival yet? We are!

And these four hearing implant users are definitely as excited about it as we are 😊

Besides great musical performances, we’ll also have live workshops where you can directly talk to our MED-EL experts: https://hearlife.medel.com/campaigns/sound-sensation#program

Just click on the specific workshop in the program to add a reminder to your calendar and join the live session then.

We’re looking forward to seeing you online!

Hi @Mary Beth and  @Serena Metzler, yes there will be zoom-links available shortly before the sessions starts and we will share them here in this thread as well. Furthermore they then can be found on the pages for the specific events:

By the way - if you have any questions, you'd like our experts to answer during the Live Q&A, just let us know and post them here. We will forward them for you.

My question:

As BT direct streaming becomes more commonplace, what will happen to internal telecoils?

Is there anything in the works for an off the ear sonnet2eas Or smaller sonnet2eas?

@Dianna

EAS requires an earmold so that the hearing aid component (acoustic component) can travel through the ear canal.  Some people have worn an off the ear CI processor along with a separate in the ear hearing aid but that ends up being two completely separate systems and streaming is not easy.

Started and ended my day today with Med-El music!   Started off with the Med-El Innsbruck employee performances and ended with Med-El users showcasing their musical talents in a Med-El US Zoom.

If you missed any of the musical shows from all over the world, check out the Med-El YouTube page.  Videos are there.
