My upgrade experience was extremely easy and quick. I contacted my CSR who took care of gettIng all necessary documentation and approvals. I was fortunate that both Medicare and my supplemental insurance actually approved the upgrade shortly before the date I was eligible so Med-El was able to ship my new processors to my clinic on my eligibility date. I had no out-of-pocket expenses; all costs were covered by my two insurances.
