@Tim - awesome work!  Have been thinking about doing something like this for awhile now, but the rubber band solution has been working for me.  Even had my charger stuffed down in the front seat pocket on some recent long haul flights happily charging my Rondo.  If only recharging me on the same flight was as easy!

If you're finding demand is causing issues with printing time, drop me a PM.  I get stuff 3D printed from one of my suppliers in China all the time.  Cost per item is next to nothing, but shipping is pricey, so you need to order a few to amortise the costs.  They offer SLA/SLS/MJF as well as the FDM it looks like your original was printed with, so you can get a pretty nice finish.

I've been playing around with a way to connect an AirPod to my Rondo recently.  VERY early stages at this point, but was working well for me on my most recent OS trip.
