How to get support?

Hi all,

I'm wondering how you all go about getting support from Med-el? Things I struggle with:

- I have questions/feedback about the audiokey app

- I put a rehab request in per email, no reply

- I'm in a trial period, in which a lot is unclear, but I don't even know who to contact and email doesn't work. 

Is this normal? How do I get in touch with anyone?

the app has a way to contact them directly in the App Store 

I am not sure about how things work outside the US, where Med-El support is great, so let’s tag @MED-EL Moderator

Thank you @Mary Beth! I did get reply from from US-representatives for Rehab, but they tell me to contact my local representative 😅. I'm not sure if there's a German forum? I can't change my language anywhere it seems.

This forum is international.

I hope you can get some help soon.  I believe Med-El Germany has a Facebook account too which may help you reach out to them specifically.

@J0lie in Canada we have a Med-El rep, I think her official title is an engagement coordinator, who we can contact as well as the normal support network. If you have someone similar you might want to contact them. We also have a phone number we can contact 1-888-633-3524. It might not be the right number for your issue or your area but they should be able to give you the correct number. You could also try:

 

Offices Worldwide (medel.com)

or 

MED-EL Care Center Frankfurt (medel.com)
