Things I struggle with: - I have questions/feedback about the audiokey app - I put a rehab request in per email, no reply - I'm in a trial period, in which a lot is unclear, but I don't even know who to contact and email doesn't work. Anthony Canada Posted March 11 Report Share Posted March 11 @J0lie in Canada we have a Med-El rep, I think her official title is an engagement coordinator, who we can contact as well as the normal support network. If you have someone similar you might want to contact them. We also have a phone number we can contact 1-888-633-3524. It might not be the right number for your issue or your area but they should be able to give you the correct number.
