HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted January 13, 2019 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 Which do you use most of the time? Why?
HearPeers Heroes Mary Featherston Posted January 13, 2019 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 I use the Sonnets mostly during the day, because I want to be able to use Adaptive mode or reduce the (dangit, why can I never remember the word to use? Not the volume, the one with the ears on the buttons on the Fine Tuner). I often find myself in noisy environments at work. But I have been using the Rondo2 at home when I exercise and watch videos. I think (but obviously haven't had to make a decision yet) that I'll bring the Sonnets on vacation when we go in May.

HearPeers Heroes Cara Mia Posted January 13, 2019 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 Yes! That's It! Something in me refuses to accept that our CI can be humanely sensitive 😆
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted January 13, 2019 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 Should we rename it SOUND BUBBLE? That is how I think of sensitivity. The size of the area around me that the processor is grabbing sounds from. I never adjust sensitivity nor volume. I just stay in my main program as it is. HearPeers Heroes Mary Featherston Posted January 14, 2019 HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 14, 2019 Interesting, @Mary Beth - I find myself wanting more volume in meetings and less sensitivity out in the manufacturing plant. HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted January 14, 2019 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted January 14, 2019 A manufacturing plant is a noisy place and wanting less noise makes sense to me @Mary Featherston. I am in noisy places at work too (think lots of excited children, high school students during change of classes etc) but not in a manufacturing plant.
