iHM24
Dear @Mary Beth it’s available on Med-El online store to purchase AudioLink and FineTuner Echo! unfortunately, I can’t register to shop online because my device implanted in Bahrain! so any idea I want to purchase and I can pay via PayPal or any trust money transaction
HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted July 23, 2019 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted July 23, 2019 @iHM24 They have not shown up in the US Med-El shop yet. Probably best to contact Med-El in your region to see how to order them. Are they expensive?

DaveD
Does anyone know if AudioLink will connect to Sonnet and HA in the non-implanted ear? Does the latest Bluetooth implementation in Android 10 and newer Pixel phones impact how this device works? Finally, is there any info on price and availability? HearPeers Heroes Mary Beth Posted September 6, 2019 Author HearPeers Heroes Report Share Posted September 6, 2019 @DaveD The AudioLink uses Med-El proprietary 2.4 wireless connection so I doubt it would be compatible with any other brand. For streaming to one Med-El CI and one HA, it may be easiest to use either a third party neckloop (Artone 3 MAX) or music links (silhouette telecoil transmission) as long as your hearing aid has an active telecoil. Or around the ear BT headphones like BOSE QC35 (excellent sound quality). Or flat stereo speakers with headband (CozyPhones- amazing sound quality and only $20). Or Roger Select transmitter with appropriate Roger receivers on your CI processor and hearing aid or the Roger MyLink neckloop receiver. The only BT feature that Med-El has mentioned so far to my knowledge is the AudioKey remote app directly connecting to Sonnet 2 processors without the need to go through the AudioLink.
