Decide EAS

Dear friends,

 

I saw so many CI users using EAS, audiologist choose or patients decide that?

In my country (Bahrain) I didn’t notice anyone using EAS!

There is a huge difference between ordinary CI and EAS, which one better?

I do not see the majority of CI users using EAS when there are meetings of CI users here.  I think the benefit is enhanced hearing in the acoustic bass frequencies but you need to have residual hearing that can take advantage of the acoustic input.
