Unfortunately I posted links to these HP topics with uploaded pdfs in various social media groups and everyone who attempts it, gets unavailable. That's why who's not registered is not able to download it, while everybody else can. Maybe you can find another way of sharing it or invite the other users to register here as well? Cheers!
