Can anybody please explain how to use the artone Max with Rondo3? I tried it once, but couldn't figure it out.

Thanks!

I am happy to help but first it would be good to check if you experience a ticking sound when you attach your telecoil adapter to your Rondo 3.  Let me know and we will go from there.

Thank you @Mary Beth 😊

I just put the adapter in and I don't hear anything.

Should I turn telecoil on? If so, I'm having trouble logging into Medel right now, so I can't access Audiokey app

great.  With Rondo 3 there is no need to “turn on” the telecoil.  When that telecoil adapter is plugged into the Rondo 3, telecoil is ON.

So all you need to do with the Artone is….

start with the Artone turned off

press and hold the center button until you see alternating blue and red lights (Try not to have your finger block your view.)

then release

on your phone or tablet go to BT and select the Artone from the list

That is it.  Your phone/tablet is paired to the Artone and all audio will stream to the Artone as long as it is selected on your phone/tablet for audio.

Place the neckloop around your neck and enjoy

Okay @Mary Beth

I pressed the button and it has a blue light for a split second, then just a blinking red light; and it doesn't show up on list of available Bluetooth devices.

press and hold until you see red light and let it power off.

then press and keep holding until you see red and blue alternating lights (red blue red blue), then release.  That is pairing mode and it will show up as an option on your phone/tablet in BT pairing

@Joan and @Mary Beth, I have not. Every time I turn it off and turn it back on, it just does the same thing.
